4. WhatsApp and Meta Data
Luminay integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. When a merchant connects WhatsApp to Luminay, we may process WhatsApp Business Account IDs, Phone Number IDs, message templates, message IDs, customer phone numbers, delivery events and webhook events.
We use WhatsApp and Meta data only to provide messaging, order confirmation, template management, automation, delivery tracking, customer reply handling and related merchant services.
5. Ecommerce and Customer Data
Merchants may connect ecommerce stores or upload order information. Luminay processes this information on behalf of the merchant to provide order confirmation and automation services. Merchants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to use customer contact information with Luminay and WhatsApp Business messaging.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with:
- Meta and the WhatsApp Business Platform to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
